I love this DECEMBER weather!  Can you believe we only have 8 days left of school until Winter Break!  Woohoo! See the calendar on the post below for upcoming events.

SPELLING BEES:  We will be doing classroom spelling bees in the 6th grade on Wed. 12/9 and Thurs. 12/10.  The top 4 winners from each class will compete in the grade level spelling bee next Wednesday, December 16. Then the top 4 spellers from the grade level bee will go to the School wide Spelling Bee in January!

Fun Fact:  They have new lights for your house for the Christmas season.  You don't have to hang anything!  You put this flood light in your front yard and shine it on your house.  It shines a million twinkling lights onto your house front and looks like you have Christmas lights all over it!  So cool, no wiring, no climbing, no hanging!
